Submission Rules

The Online Photo Club accepts JPEG, PNG, and GIF files only. Files must be under 1 MB in size to comply with server limits: please resize or compress large images before submission. All images must be your original work or submitted with explicit permission from the original creator. By submitting, you grant the club a non-exclusive license to display your image on this site and in promotional materials related to the club's activities.

Each participant may submit up to two images per monthly contest, unless otherwise stated in a specific theme announcement. Images that contain watermarks, heavy branding, or identifying information that obstructs the view may be rejected at the moderators' discretion. The club reserves the right to remove images that violate rules or are judged inappropriate for the community.

Technical & Theme Rules

Accepted formats: .jpg/.jpeg, .png, .gif. Maximum upload dimensions should not exceed 3000 pixels on the longest side and must be smaller than 1 MB. We accept minor edits and standard processing (cropping, color correction, exposure adjustments), but submissions that are primarily digital composites or AI-generated without disclosure must be labeled as such. If the monthly theme specifies a style (e.g., "Landscape" or "Street"), ensure your image fits that theme when submitting.

Judges and community moderators will enforce theme adherence. If a submission does not meet a theme's requirements, it may be moved to the general pool or disqualified from that month's contest. Always include a short caption in your submission email describing the image, camera settings (optional), and the category you believe it best fits.
